Franklin County Schools - Physical Literacy Teacher Training

Sheila Dillon - Lead STEP Coach and Lindsay Padgett - STEP Coordinator are working closely with Special Education Director Shirley Banks at Franklin County Schools to implement physical literacy daily exercises in order to help improve reading and confidence.

Marsha Webb, Principal of Lower Elementary School identified fifteen students that would benefit the most from taking part in The STEP Program.

Four very young children will engage in a similar program called Jamb - five classrooms will benefit from fun, structured sessions involving wobble boards and finger puppets.
